"My experience was very unpleasant. I had one bed customizations done ,sofa and center table, and all were done in a very messy manner. The wood quality was very poor, the polish was dirty, the ply sizes didn't match, the corners were completely open, and overall, the quality was very bad. No work was done properly....total waste of my money.. As in the reply of owner message ,yes its buy from indirapuram, but both branches are owned by you sir, and your production was done in Noida only, also Indirapuram store was closed due to bad service"

"No frills furniture store. Polished solid wooden furniture with inlaid square decorative tiles is their theme. If that suits you, this place is value for money."

"Pathetic after sales service. Their sales guy Subhash is taking us for ride. Had complained about hydraulic system in bed before 2 months but still it's not resolved. It's still under warranty. He is not sending anyone to rectify the issue and now is getting rude. I wish to speak with the owner but can't find option to connect with him. Buy with caution. Edited 23-Nov-2025: The problem has been rectified now after mailing the issue to Nishant Ji and interference by Rakesh Ji. Hope there will be no further issues."

"I purchased a dining table and TV table, and I’m really impressed with both. The furniture looks amazing and the quality is top-notch. Highly recommend!"

"I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Mozaic Furniture, Noida. After placing an order worth over ₹5 lakh for custom furniture for my entire house, I expected a professional and seamless process, but it turned into a highly frustrating ordeal. Despite spending countless hours at their workshop, hand-drawing designs, and having detailed discussions with the designated carpenter and salesperson, the final delivery was riddled with issues. The bed, almirahs, and dressing unit had many critical details that were clearly communicated in advance but ignored. What made matters worse was the unprofessional behavior of the owner. When my mother raised valid concerns about their mistakes, she was shouted at instead of being treated with the respect any customer deserves. To add insult to injury, we were accused of “asking for extra stuff,” even though these were clearly part of the original discussions and agreements. Let’s not forget the months of delay we endured before receiving the furniture, only to be met with such poor quality and unprofessional conduct. I had hoped to build a strong, long-term relationship with this furniture house, but this experience has made it abundantly clear that they lack accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This has been a deeply disappointing and regrettable experience. While I genuinely appreciate the custom sofa and the imported center table I purchased from them, which were crafted well and met my expectations, the experience with the other furniture has unfortunately overshadowed everything else. Update after the reply below: It is clearly visible from the tone in which the below response from Mosiac is written. Blaming on the customer seems to be the silver bullet for Mosiac, while uttering completely false facts. You have surrounded yourself with the wrong people who are forcing incorrect facts down your throat mister, I’d highly request you to sit down and have a heart to heart conversation with Mr. Sharma and ask him honestly what exactly we had asked for on day 1. I can assure you that not even 1 extra thing was asked by us, every little thing that had to be done afterwards was completely because of your team and Mr. Sharma missing out on critical information that we had given BEFORE HAND. Not that it matters to me anymore, but as a business owner you can only improve. Your customer dealing has become underground after your 3rd class behaviour on the phone call on the day of delivery. I’d also highly recommend to re assess your sales people, who are incapable of writing down specific instructions by clients, but are very capable of accepting full money in cash upfront. And the fact that you cover up that the attached image of the broken bed is because it was pulled up from balcony? Again, I’d like to emphasise to speak with your team, before uttering completely false claims, if you had done that then you would’ve known that the bed came dis-assembled in pieces and was assembled on site (irony dies a thousand times at mosiac seems)."
